CONDITIONS

1. Reservation & Payment

A non-refundable 30% confirmation fee is required to secure your booking.

The remaining 70% balance must be paid in full upon arrival.

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and will incur a charge of Php 500 per hour.

2. Extra Guests & Charges

The booking includes up to 18 guests.

An additional charge of Php 350 per person per night applies for extra guests.

3. Cancellations & Changes

Confirmation fees are non-refundable.

Date changes are subject to approval and availability.

4. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required upon check-in to cover any damages, breakages, or loss of property.

5. Liability

Management is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.

Guests are responsible for their own safety while using resort facilities.

6. Use of Facilities

Facilities are for registered guests only, unless prior approval is given by management.

Guests must follow all posted rules in pool and recreational areas.

HOUSE RULES

1. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in time: 3:00 PM

  • Check-out time: 12:00 NN

2. Safety

  • No diving or rough play in the swimming pool.

  • Children must be supervised at all times.

3. Cleanliness

  • Keep the property clean and dispose of trash in designated bins.

  • Cooking is allowed only in designated areas.

4. Noise & Behavior

  • Respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

  • No disruptive or unruly behavior will be tolerated.

5. Prohibited Activities

  • No smoking inside the entire cabin — smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.

  • Pets are not allowed unless subject to prior approval and payment of Php 1,000 penalty fee.

  • No illegal substances or activities.

6. Damages

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to property or equipment. Charges will apply if repair or replacement is needed.
